Your first visit focuses on understanding your symptoms, medical and mental health history, current medications, and what you hope to gain from care. Together, we discuss findings and treatment options.
Medication Management
When medication is appropriate, we discuss its potential benefits, risks, and alternatives. Follow-up visits allow us to monitor effectiveness, side effects, and progress, and adjust your treatment when needed.
Support & Education
Care includes education about your symptoms and treatment, practical strategies, and supportive therapeutic interventions. When ongoing psychotherapy or additional services would help, I can discuss referrals and coordinate with your other healthcare providers.
